As an award-winning agency, we are looking for a talented Creative Video Producer who can take projects from concept to completion, working closely with our creative team to craft unforgettable stories through the lens.
What You’ll Do
As our Creative Video Producer, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing video projects to life. From pre-production to post-production, you’ll be the driving force behind each project, ensuring that every frame reflects our clients’ brand and vision.
- Lead & Create: Own the production process from start to finish, planning, shoot coordination, editing, and final distribution. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every detail aligns with our creative vision.
- Shoot & Direct: Whether you’re behind the camera or orchestrating lighting and sound, your technical expertise will help capture breathtaking shots that elevate each story.
- Post-Production Magic: Edit, polish, and refine video and audio assets to ensure a seamless narrative. You’ll oversee the entire post-production process, delivering high-quality, polished content on time.
- Storytelling & Design: Bring your expertise in color correction, sound design, and motion graphics to create visually stunning videos that captivate audiences from beginning to end.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a master of both creativity and technical skill. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats and ready to bring your unique perspective to every project.
- Video Expertise: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), or other video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Camera Savvy: A deep understanding of Black Magic Cinema Cameras and the technical know-how to use them to their full potential.
- Interview & B-Roll Experience: You know how to shoot dynamic, engaging interviews and B-roll that bring the narrative to life.
- Lighting & Sound: You have a strong grasp of lighting techniques and sound recording, ensuring the highest-quality video production.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: You’re well-versed in motion graphics and 2D animation to add an extra layer of creativity to your videos.
- Storytelling Vision: You have a knack for interpreting storyboards and scripts, transforming them into cohesive, captivating video content.

- A degree in Film, Video, Animation, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an agency or production environment.
