Dan is the president and managing creative director of Abbey Mecca. He is responsible for day-to-day management of the agency and provides the agency’s clients with branding, positioning and creative strategies. He has more than 20 years of branding, advertising and marketing communications experience.
Melissa is is Vice President of Media. Joining Abbey Mecca in 2006, Melissa has more than 17 years of experience in media management and has held various positions in the media department. She oversees research, planning, buying and post-buy analysis for both traditional and digital advertising campaigns for agency clients. Melissa has been instrumental in building the digital advertising capabilities for Abbey Mecca and has brought significant value to the media services the agency provides to clients. As Vice President, Melissa also serves on the agency management committee.
Paul is the agency’s lead designer working on communications for print, to package design to digital and web projects. With more than 10 years of experience in visual communications, Paul has the ability to develop visual campaigns across multiple channels. As a designer and art director, Paul’s work has been recognized for creative excellence.
Sean is Director of Video Content. Since joining the agency in 2022, Sean has led the production of more than 20 video projects for Abbey Mecca and has been recognized with numerous awards for creative excellence including six Telly Awards, five Davey Awards, four Addy Awards, and the 2024 Best in Show at the Buffalo Addy Awards for the documentary film Two Wars, The Road to Integration. Sean leads the video production efforts for the agency while exploring the use of innovative technology and techniques. He is a graduate of Le Moyne College of Syracuse, New York, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Business Administration.
Taylor Thompson is the Director of Content Marketing with over seven years of experience. Specializing in strategic content creation and brand development, Taylor excels at driving engagement and growth through innovative marketing strategies. Passionate about storytelling, Taylor is dedicated to crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences.
Since joining Abbey Mecca in 2020, Belle has established the standard for unconditional love and happiness toward coworkers and visitors alike.
