It was more than 30 years ago that Frank Riordan opened the doors of The Copy Store in Downtown Buffalo. It was 1982 and his business focused on selling office copiers to small and mediums sized businesses. During the course of selling copiers, Frank found that many of his sales prospects were more interested in purchasing the copies Frank’s machines could make than purchasing the machines themselves. Soon, Frank saw the potential in the emerging need for digital copies and The Copy Store evolved into the business model of providing digital print and copy services. Today, The Copy Store offers the latest in digital print capabilities and an unparalleled focus on customer satisfaction.
In 2013, The Copy Store hired Abbey Mecca to lead a re-branding effort to reposition the company and help build The Copy Store brand value as a provider of quality digital printing where customer satisfaction is the priority.
Using our ignite branding approach, Abbey Mecca provided strategic planning, branding, project management, creative development, design, digital production, website development, commercial production, public relations, and social media services.
In addition to the new brand strategy, we created a new logo and corporate identity, new website, retail graphics, marketing collateral and website.
