Building the Brand Foundation

Our work began with first understanding the EMConnect brand strategy and positioning.  This was critical to development of the visual identity which included logo creation and design of their corporate identity. In close collaboration with the EMConnect team, we created a brand that reflects their mission and values while aligning clearly as a division of UBMD Emergency Medicine. From typography and color palettes to usage standards, we developed brand guidelines to ensure consistency across every platform and touchpoint.

Website Design & Development

We designed and launched a custom website that is clean, intuitive, and purpose-driven. The site communicates EMConnect’s services clearly, provides a seamless user experience, and serves as a primary connection point for patients and providers. It also lays the foundation for scalable growth as the platform evolves.

Branded Content Marketing

To support the launch, Abbey Mecca developed six months of original blog content and aligned social media posts. Each piece was strategically designed to educate, engage, and build credibility. By maintaining a consistent voice and posting cadence, we established a steady digital presence that drives long-term brand awareness.

Expanding Reach with Paid Social

To amplify the launch, we executed Meta-promoted ads and boosted social campaigns, leveraging geo- and demographic-targeted strategies. These efforts increased reach, impressions, and visibility, ensuring EMConnect’s message reaches the right audience at the right time.
