Abbey Mecca had the honor of filming and producing a special documentary in collaboration with Catholic Charities of Buffalo, commemorating their century of service to Western New York. Filming for the documentary took place in the summer of 2023. A special thanks to dPost for providing studio space and production expertise. Thank you to all of 16 exceptional interviewees for taking the time to share your moving stories and experiences with us.

Rose Caldwell, Catholic Charities chief communications officer, commented, “It just seems so natural today to put something on film for a lasting memory of this 100-year mark. Our interviewees did such a phenomenal job sharing their stories and reflections of Catholic Charities – all of these meaningful moments woven through the years and our community formed our history. It’s exciting and an honor to be a part of that.”

Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this monumental film to life. Here’s to the next 100 years!
