The Foundations of Catholic Health have served the Western New York Region for years, and similar to years past, 2015 was a successful time for the five Foundations that support the mission of the Catholic Health System. The work of the Foundations has a direct positive impact on patient care and supporting employees and staff training and development.

When our team was again selected to develop the 2015 Annual Report for the Foundations, we wanted to bring the same level of focus and dedication to our work that the staff of Catholic Health brings to the patients in their care. This project was a true collaboration, as we worked with our client to develop a shared vision for the direction and design for the annual report.

2015 Annual Report cover and interior feature story

“To Give is to Care,” the theme for this year’s annual report, is featured on the front and back covers in photos of employees and patients holding the signs that create the “To Give is to Care” message.  This visual concept confirms the connection between the Foundations’ support and the work of the Catholic Health System. Each of the five Foundations, Kenmore Mercy, Mercy Hospital, Mount St. Mary’s Hospital, Sisters Hospital and the Continuing & Home Care Foundation are represented in the Report and highlight the impact on patient’s lives and staff.  Additionally, the design and layout provided the opportunity to tastefully recognize the generosity of donors who have supported the five Foundations.

The use of pictures of people on every page captures the very reason why the annual report was created – to show how real people’s lives have been changed by the The Foundations of Catholic Health and the generous donors who support it.
